Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake round 2 of the toilet refurbishment works at the four (4) DOE nominated sites below:
- Dudley Park Primary School
- Forrestfield Primary School
- Karrinyup Primary School
- Walliston Primary School
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition works, plumbing, tiling, electrical, ACM removal, and painting.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Various Sites, Perth .
Non-mandatory site briefings are to be held at each site listed at the approximate dates & times below:
- Thursday, 8 May 2025
- 9:00AM – 9:30AM: Walliston PS (11 Dianella Rd, Walliston WA 6076)
- 9:45AM – 10:30AM: Forresfield PS (45 Sussex Rd, Forresfield WA 6058)
- 11:00AM – 11:45AM: Karrinyup PS (15 Hampton St, Karrinyup WA 6018)
- Friday, 9 May 2025
- 10:00AM – 10:45AM: Dudley Park PS (64 Gillark St, Dudley Park WA 6210)
