The Queensland Government through Arts Queensland is seeking a submission from Building Contractors, for the above-mentioned project. The project includes the preparation and remediation of the Stanley St Tunnel, eastern side Plaza beams.

Arts Queensland intends to appoint a Principal Contractor who will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing all the appropriate and required industry/trade specialised sub-consultants (if required) to complete the remediation.

A mandatory site inspection is booked for 10:00am, 7 May 2025. Please register your attendance by 2:00pm, 6 May 2025 by emailing apaftenderbox@arts.qld.gov.au.
