Gold Corporation T/As The Perth Mint (Company) invites you to provide a formal tender for the supply of:
- Upgrade, Consolidation of Fire Systems and Services at the Perth Mint Refinery.
This will include Preventative Maintenance which must be in accordance with AS1851-2012 and must include all weekly, monthly, six-monthly and annual maintenance activities.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 131 Horrie Miller Drive, Perth Airport on 8 May, 2025 9:49 AM.
Perth Mint’s Visitor “CONDITIONS OF ENTRY” are as follows:
- Visitor must provide photographic identification to the Checkpoint Security Officer.
- Visitors to the Perth Mint Refinery & the Perth Mint City site must obtain identification cards from the Checkpoint Security Officer and place first part on the tag board before entry into the Refinery. Second part of ID card must be worn and made visible at all times whilst on site.
- Visitors whom are not inducted must be accompanied by an inducted Perth Mint employee at all times.
- Visitor must use Personal Protective Equipment where indicated. Minimum PPE requirements for each site:
SOME ADDITIONAL PPE MAY BE REQUIRED for your visit and will be supplied by your host on arrival. For any PPE queries, please contact your host prior to arriving on site.

- Visitors shall comply with all industrial, security and safety regulations of the Company and all relevant statutes, regulations and by-laws of Federal, State or local authorities.
- Alcohol, un-prescribed drugs, firearms or other offensive weapons and materials are prohibited on the site.
- No precious metals are to be removed from site without permission.
- The Company reserves the right to search all baggage and persons on arrival and departure as per section 75 of the Gold Corporation Act 1987. Should any security conditions be breached, you may be detained under section 46 of the Gold Corporation Act 1987 whilst awaiting the arrival Western Australian Police, to attend site.
- Visitors shall not take in, or use without permission, a camera or mobile phone (with camera), unless approved by Operations Manager or Security Manager at either sites.
- Identification cards must be returned to the Checkpoint Security Officer upon departure.
