Central Otago District Council (CODC) has been undertaking a medium density residential development on council-owned land at Gair Ave, Cromwell. CODC is seeking an interested party to purchase Gair Ave Lot 102 DP 531282 and associated design, engineering and consenting works.
The intention is to sell the property to an interested party that will fulfil the masterplan aspirations completed by CODC.
