Main Building Contractor for Alterations & Refurbishment to Blocks 1 & 2 and LSC Space at Coley Street School, Foxton

The Board of Trustees for Coley Street School, Foxton are seeking a suitably qualified Main Building Contractor to carry out the Alterations & Refurbishment to Blocks 1 & 2 and LSC Space.

The Contract Works required are: Upgrade and refurbishment of 4 Classrooms and 3 bathrooms. Conversion of 1 existing bathroom into the new LSC office.

Contractors must visit site. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit.

Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would be started approx as soon as possible once confirmation of approvals are advised, however this will be discussed with the successful contractor and school once funding approval and building consent approval is confirmed.
