ABOUT THE DIOCESE of Maitland-Newcastle: The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle represents the Catholic Church in a region extending from Lake Macquarie to Taree and as far inland as Merriwa and Murrurundi. A diocese is simply a community of Christ's faithful - it represents a portion of the people of God in a particular area, which is entrusted to a bishop.

ABOUT THE RFT

The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the school building reroofing and creation of breakout spaces at St Joseph's Primary, Kilaben Bay, on the terms and conditions set out in this RFT.

In participating in the RFT process and in submitting an RFT, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this RFT.

SUBMISSIONS

Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box (see option below) . Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt,timed and dated upon completion. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME

Tenders close at 3:00 pm AEST on Wednesday,7th May 2025, and submissions must be fully received by this time. The Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
