Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, labour, and any other services, costs, and fees necessary to construct approximately 120m of stormwater infrastructure. The package of work also includes the installation pit and manhole, reinstatement of road, driveways, and garden as well as minor adjustments of existing services, together with associated minor civil works.

The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.

Tenders close Tuesday, 20th May 2025 at 2 PM.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on Thursday, 1st MAY 2025 at 11:30 AM, on site at 4 Ewing Avenue, Kingston Beach. Additional information is provided in the tender documents.

Tender documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Tender enquiries should be directed via the online forum (see link below). Responses to questions raised by tenderers will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading the tender documents.

Tenders must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received, it is recommended that the Tender is uploaded again. 

Tenders will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
