Tender Description
NSWTA wishes to conduct an independent review and gap analysis on its Goods & Services and Construction procurement functions as a forerunner to undertake the formal procurement accreditation process.
Project goals
NSW Telco Authority requires procurement accreditation advisory services with a focus on assisting the organisation to optimise procurement functions and achieve accreditation, in accordance with New South Wales Procurement Policy Framework.
Scope
The services are identified in three stages:
1. Perform a detailed gap analysis and reporting of procurement processes for both goods and services and construction categories, concurrently.
2. Provide expertise and resources to close gaps through stakeholder feedback, drafting appropriate manuals, documents and artifacts which align to the focus area requirements of the accreditation process.
3. Assist in preparing NSW Telco Authority for the assessment process and procurement board submission in both categories, through providing expert advice, recommendations, and support.
