The Council’s Asset Refurbishment program has indicated the need for several facilities to be renewed for FY25/26. The location of the facilities is detailed below:

• Central United Football Club, Trimmer Road Elizabeth Vale.
• POC Ladies Amenities, 12 Bishopstone Road, Davoren Park.
• Broadmeadows Amenities, 10 Casterley Road, Elizabeth North.
• Kalara Reserve Community Hall, Lot 91 Peachey Road, Davoren Park.

The Council's intention is to have the designs completed and construction completed by the end of FY 25/26.

The Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant or consultants to undertake the design work.
