Clarence Valley Council are seeking quotations for the preparation of a Site Plan and for the finalisation of a Plan of Management (PoM) for the Brooms Head Reserve.

The scope of works for this project relates to part Reserve R65975, comprising Lots 1 & 2 DP 1095139 including the long-established Brooms Head Holiday Park which is immediately adjacent to the Brooms Head Main Beach; and Brooms Head Headland area.

This area has a rich cultural, social, recreational and tourism history. With increasing popularity, an increase in day visitors and use from the broader Brooms Head community, an inclusive future vision is being sought.

Key project deliverables include:

1. Engagement Strategy.

2. Draft and final Site Plan.

3. Final PoM.

4. Submissions analysis and recommendations regarding the adoption of the PoM and Site Plan.

The project would suit a candidate competent in stakeholder engagement, with a passion for strategic design and preparation of plans of management that considers the various competing interests of all stakeholders.
