Council invites Interested Parties to lodge an Expression of Interest to lease part of the Council owned land known as 15-21 Bridge Street, West Tamworth being part Lot 1 DP 164103. The premises is located on a high traffic area on the corner of Bridge Street and Ebsworth Street at the west entry point to the CBD.

The area of the proposed premises to be leased is part of the whole Lot and is approximately 1,430m2. The premises includes a vacant commercial building and off-street car parking with access from Bridge Street.

Council is seeking expressions of interest from parties who wish to lease the premises and are capable of conducting their business in accordance with the current zoning permissions.
