Main Contractor for Admin Block Refurbishment, Site Fencing and Other Site Works at TKKM o Ngaringaomatariki

Stage 1: Admin works including reconfiguration and refurbishment (staffroom, bathrooms, offices) commencing in the T3 school holidays. Perimeter fencing.

Stage 2: Includes the new junior hard-court area and perimeter fence (excluding the new roll growth Teaching Space area). Delivery once funding is available.

Stage 3: Includes widening of the main courts with retaining walls as required, re-surfacing of the area between the hard court and main accessways and completion of the perimeter fence. Works to be undertaken once the Ministry project is completed. Inclusion in the scope is dependent of funding availability.

Stage 4: Supply and installation of 1x 70m² off-site modular classroom including 2m deep deck and canopy, adjacent to the existing teaching spaces. Stage 4 is dependent on future roll growth and funding availability.

Tenders covering only stages 1-3 will be accepted in this instance. Inclusion of Stage 4 is preferred but not essential
