This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
AUSTRAC seeks to engage a resource with experience in Contract Management process, policy and administration with the ability to deliver the necessary guidance, support and implementation in support of AUSTRACs uplift of their Contract Management Plans process and documentation (the Services).
The provision of Services will include, but are not limited to:
a. the development and implementation of AUSTRAC's Contract Management Plans (CMPs);
b. liaison with AUSTRAC Contract Managers and Procurement advisors in support of CMP development; and
c. the development of a SOP and templates relative to the CMPs.
Service Requirements
- Develop and implement AUSTRACs Contract Management Plans (CMPs)
a. In consideration of AUSTRACs existing CMPs, the development of two (2) new complex and non-complex Contract Management Plan (CMPs) templates are to be delivered;
b. Seek agreement and approval of a complex and non-complex CMP template, prior to delivery; and
c. Implement six (6) CMPs across a variety of AUSTRACs complex and non-complex contracts.
- Liaise with the AUSTRAC Procurement Team and Contract Managers
a. Liaise with the business areas and participate in workshops with the aim of reaching a consultative approach to new CMPs; and
b. Implement CMPs in consultation with Contract Managers and the six (6) appointed contracts.
c. Liaise with AUSTRAC Executive as necessary.
- Develop SOPs and templates relative to CMPs
a. Develop and document a SOPs and templates, relative to CMPs in support of compliant procurement and contract management practice;
b. Develop documentation and process in consideration and compliance with the Australian Government Contract Management Guide and Commonwealth Procurement Rules;
c. In consideration of AUSTRAC internal and Commonwealth reporting requirements; and
d. Support the Procurement team throughout the process as directed.
e. Publications and reports (if any) must be drafted to comply with the current version of AUSTRAC’s Style Guide.

Working arrangements: Hybrid
The hybrid working model requires the specified personnel to attend the buyer’s premises a minimum of two days per week, with the other three days working from the specified personnel’s home. The requirement to perform the services within Australia unless the buyer’s prior written approval is provided to perform work overseas as evidenced by the amendment of this work order in the Statement of Work and the buyer’s sponsoring of an official passport.
