Tender Description
The University of Otago is seeking a Curriculum Management System that enables the University to streamline its paper management, improve our presentation of the curriculum, and to create a sustainable and strategic data set to inform decision-making.
The procurement’s proposed outcomes are:
o To procure CMS SaaS based functionality, from a vendor with a clear roadmap of past and ongoing commitment to develop the product.
o To ensure the CMS provides visibility and transparency of curriculum information for users, with efficient processes and systems for management of curriculum information.
o To procure implementation and training consulting from the CMS preferred vendor.
o To procure extended capabilities from the preferred vendor (if not provided as core) to meet desired requirements.
The University needs to manage our curriculum information in a more coordinated fashion, especially when considering how this information could be used to inform the allocation of scarce resources in financially constrained times and to develop of publications such as the Guide to Enrolment, University Calendar and the University website to support enrolment and retention targets.
