The Supplier's Activities are to provide DCS with a Project and Portfolio Management System which meets the needs of DCS for the delivery of projects and the management of portfolio data

Project goals

a) Supply of the Project and Portfolio Management system [the Tool] to DCS; and

b) Configuration and customisation of the Tool in accordance with DCS requirements to agreed timelines and quality; and

c) Support of the solution including bugfixes, troubleshooting and product updates; andd) Ensuring the Tool meets agreed availability and performance targets; and

e) Training in the use of the Tool for DCS stakeholders of varying levels of capability; and

f) Transition In and Transition Out activities for the Tool, including migration of data into and out of the Tool.
