Tender Description

1. In 1997, a shared use agreement was drawn up between the Minister for Education and Child Services and the City of Munno Para. The agreement detailed the maintenance of the oval and surround grounds at Angle Vale Primary School.

2. The contractor will be responsible for the maintenance of the oval and the surrounding grounds. The scope will include the following:

  • Irrigation Maintenance
  • Edging
  • Litter Collection
  • Chemical Application
  • Tree, Shrub,a nd Planting Pruning
  • Mowing
  • Trimming
  • Irrigation Audits
  • Maintenance of Pathways and Hard Stand Areas
  • Grass Turf Renovation and Reinstatement.
