Architectural Consultancy for Troy Park Changerooms

The City of Melville (Client) is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to provide architectural services for the demolition of the existing and construction of a new changeroom at Troy Park Reserve.

The Consultant will be required to provide all labour, intellectual property, supervision, administration, and research, and pay all fees and charges, and other disbursements necessary to carry out the services required under the proposed contract.

The consultancy services include the schematic design, detailed design, tender documentation, and construction stage technical support.

An optional item of superintendent services may be included at the City of Melville's discretion.
