Tender Description
This Tender is for the supply and installation of electrical services to City of Stirling’s Rights of Ways as part of the City of Stirling’s (the Principal) Capital Works Programme. The purpose of the proposed works is to improve the aesthetics, amenity and safety of lane ways for all abutting residents. This will involve the installation of new lighting poles, luminaries, switchboard cabinets and junction pits to provide adequate lighting to the full length of the Right of Ways. It is estimated that the Principal will be installing lights on approximately 15 projects annually however the Principal’s requirements may change as new project locations are released each financial year.
Basis of Contract Award
The minimum number of three (3) pre-qualified Contractors are anticipated to be engaged. Dependent on the outcome of the evaluation, additional pre-qualified Contractors may be engaged. Details on work allocation per panel are indicated in the Conditions of Contract document attached to this IFT.
