Tender Description
This project involves a 360 sqm open-plan refurbishment of the TAFE SA Elizabeth Campus to create a study hub accommodating up to 75 students at one time with 24/7 access. During TAFE's operating hours (7:00 am to 10:00 pm), two external access points are to be made available, and after 10:00 pm, only one external access point will be made available with secure entry.
