Leeton Shire Council (Council) is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to participate in a Panel arrangement for the supply of wet and dry hire of Plant and Equipment.

Council will generally require hire of dozer, excavator, water truck, loader, tipping truck, and various rollers for a period of (2) two years.

Wet hire is the process of hiring equipment with an operator - Comprehensive Rates

Dry hire is the process of hiring equipment without an operator - Plant Only Raters

This contract is intended to cover Plant and equipment hire during the full financial years of 2025/26 and 2026/27.

Contracts completing the Plant Hire Forms will need to supply a copy of their Public Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation Insurance, along with Workplace Health and Safety and Chain of Responsibility questionnaires.

Contracts who comply with the criteria will be placed on Council’s Plant Hire Register. Hiring of pant will be from Council’s Plant Hire Register and all appropriate operators will be considered for hire.
