OPPORTUNITY:

UTS is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of domestic and international travel risk advisory, emergency response and related support services. These services are intended to support the safety and wellbeing of UTS staff, students, contractors and visitors while undertaking approved travel for UTS purposes. The provider will assist UTS by delivering timely information, incident support, coordination with UTS's insurer and access to systems that support real-time visibility and risk management.

OBJECTIVES:

The primary objective of this engagement supports approximately 5,500 international and 4,500 domestic travellers annually (staff, students, contractors and visitors) whilst ensuring safety of UTS staff/students, enhancing efficiencies and delivering quality of service to UTS. UTS is seeking supplier to deliver:

• Travel Risk Advisory
• Pre-travel preparation
• Quality of service
• Support during travel
• Cost-effectiveness
• Compliance
• Traveller monitoring

Submissions must be fully received by 14:00 AEST Friday, 16 May 2025.

UTS is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender or any part of a submission and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Late, verbal, faxed, mailed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
