The University of Western Australia (UWA) is seeking the services of Water Treatment Contractor to provide the University with water treatment and testing services at the following UWA sites:

1. Crawley Campus (site code: 901)

2. Park Avenue Campus (site code: 906)

3. Shenton Park Field Station (site code: 931)

4. Nedlands Campus (site code: 911)

5. Sports Park Mcgillivray Campus (site code: 932)

6. Claremont Campus (site code: 941)

7. Albany Campus (site code: 970)

8. Geraldton Campus (site code: 970)

9. Ridgefield Farm (site code: 970)

10. Gingin Campus (site code: 978)

11. QEII Medical Center (site code: 955)

The following must be noted: 

a. The Conditions of  this Tender could be found in 24 102170 Provision of Water Treatment Services - RFT - Part 1 CoT;

b. The Scope of Works or Specification including reporting, testing and maintenance requirements are contained in 24 102170 Provision of Water Services - RFT - Part 2 Specification; 

c. Returnable Schedule could be located within 24 102170 Provision of Water Treatment - RFT - Part 3 - Returnable Schedule; 

d. Conditions of Contract could be read in 24 102170 Provison of Water Treatment - RFT - Part 4 CoC. 

The successful tenderer and / or contractor will work collaboratively with UWA Campus Management Operations Team to locate, test and maintain existing water treatment infrastructure to meet all obligations and responsibilities in relation to compliance, testing and maintenance commitments.

The initial contract term is three (3) years where the Contractor will be eligible for a term extension by 12 months on up to two (2) separate occasions at a sole UWA's discretion.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 55 Broadway, Nedlands on 29 April 2025 11:30 AM.

A mandatory Tender briefing and site visit will be held as follows:

a. The Pre-Tender Briefing / Site Visit will be conducted on 29 April 2025 at 11:30 AWST

b. All Tenderers must be registered on the site briefing register for a Tender Submission to be considered valid.

c. There will be no more additional site briefings scheduled by UWA.

Please note that UWA will maintain a register of the mandatory site briefing attendees therefore please make sure the details of each of the representatives, who would like to attend the site briefing, should be sent to sourcing@uwa.edu.au prior to the site briefing date.
