Tender Description
Council is seeking expressions of interest from commercial entities to conduct the following activities on Council owned and managed public reserves:
• Operate refreshment kiosks on foreshore reserves
• Operate mobile food and/or drink outlet where the trader wishes to remain exclusively at one location during daylight hours
• Operate regular market stalls
• Other commercial operations.
