The Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA) is looking to procure an experienced sourcing partner to manage the end-to-end procurement process to engage the market through a Request for Information (RFI). This is to ensure a structured and strategic approach to facilitating industry consultation, identifying suitable solutions, and supporting the APVMA through evaluation and assessment of the submitted products. If possible, any suitable solution proposals should be subject to a ‘proof-of-concept’ type exercise and have a pathway to purchase outcomes/solutions.

The expected timeframe to carry out the RFI is for approximately 4 to 5 months of elapsed time (from commencement to completion of an engagement). The estimated effort required is around 38-50 working days across a number of resources. Each response will depend on the specific solution to deliver the required capabilities.

The proposed resource/s must have a current baseline security clearance.

This is a fixed price engagement.
