Request for Proposal to provide Audio Visual Services at Australian Parliament House

The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Services operator to assist DPS and event clients of Australian Parliament House (APH) with access to a range of Services.

Events hosted at APH range in size and complexity and are delivered across multiple venues with different functional requirements. DPS manages event bookings, coordination, and catering services for approved parliamentary and non-parliamentary events.

The successful supplier will provide reliable, high quality AV services to support event delivery, ranging from basic AV setups to complex multimedia requirements. Services will include the supply of equipment, provision of qualified personnel, coordination of concurrent events, and collaboration with the DPS Catering and Events team as required.
