Tender Description
The City of Onkaparinga (Council) is seeking expressions of interest from parties for provision of for integrated golf, retail, hospitality and events management services at the Willunga Golf Course.
Council envisions operational excellence through a single integrated operator or a strong collaborative partnership of specialised providers delivering:
- Golf Operations & Membership Management
- Pro-Shop (Retail) Operations
- Hospitality & Bistro Management
- Marketing & Events Management
We are seeking a seamless customer experience—from tee times and membership to dining, functions, and broader community events—that will fuel revenue growth and community satisfaction.
The provision of horticultural services does not form part of this REOI and will continue to be delivered in-house by Council.
