This form can be obtained from the Council. Quotations are to be received at the Administration Centre, Goolgow,i or by email at tenders@carrathool.nsw.gov.au by 12 noon Wednesday, 7th May 2025

All persons are advised that it is their responsibility to ensure that their quotation is received prior to the advertised closing date and time.
