Richmond Valley Council (RVC) is calling this tender for the supply of professional environmental monitoring and reporting services for four (4) Council-operated waste management facilities (both licensed and unlicensed).

The majority of the sampling is to be conducted by the successful tenderer. A small number of sampling events will be conducted by RVC. For example, where samples are required to be collected immediately after a rain event, and it is generally not practicable for a contractor to mobilise in a timely enough manner.
