Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) is currently inviting Tenders for a land tenure agreement for the following properties:

a) Part of Land at 50 Walker Street, Collinsville (more particularly known as Lot 16 on CP C74042); and

b) Part of Land at Lot 31 Bowen Development Road, Bowen (more particularly known as Lot 31 on CP HR1970) to provide to the community through public tender, Leases over the abovementioned land for agistment purposes only.

Any Agistment Lease will be entered into for the purpose of holding horses only on the land for grazing.
