This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman (the Office) is seeking a vendor to configure and implement a new Case and Client Relationship Management (CRM) system in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service.
The Office requires a technology delivery partner with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service to:
- Refine the existing Solution Architecture Design, User Stories and Data Migration Plan
- Build, test and deploy the solution into Production
- Manage the project end-to-end in partnership with the Office
