The Corporation of the City of Unley (the Council) invites submissions from Tenderers for the provision of Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) to support older residents in living safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes within the City of Unley Council area.
The City of Unley (CoU) delivers services under the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) to support older residents in living safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes. All older CoU clients accessing these services have undergone an assessment via My Aged Care and have a CHSP referral to the CoU.
The Services include:
- Domestic Support
- Individual Social Support and Respite
- Home Maintenance and Home Adjustments
- Community Transport
The contracts will be for an initial term of 1 years, with an option another 1 year, with a final extension option of 1 year. Contract extension options are at Council’s sole discretion.
