Tender Description
Renewal SA is seeking to engage an experienced and suitably qualified Sales Agent (the "contractor") to provide sales agency services for the Playford Alive East Development.
Expected Outcomes
- Sale of approximately 1,300 new residential allotments, plus 5 lots for commercial and/or apartment development; and
- Delivery of a minimum of 30% affordable housing outcomes (approximately 390 homes).
