Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake roof repairs and replacement works at North Metro Tafe Perth Campus B6 located at  19 Aberdeen Street Perth WA 6000.

The Work includes but is not limited to

• Roof repairs and replacement works as per Annexure 1 – Scope and Annexure 2 Drawings

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Perth Campus B6 located at, 19 Aberdeen Street, Perth 6000 on 30 Apr, 2025 11:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at NMTAFE - Perth Campus B6 located at 19 Aberdeen Street Perth WA 6000.
