The Council of the City of Sydney ("the City" or the "Council") invites tenders for the carrying out of Dangerous Goods Processing Services in accordance with this Request for Tender.

The Service Provider must transport the Dangerous Goods from City depots to the Service Provider's Facility for processing. The Service Provider must use best endeavours to recover any materials to the greatest extent possible and safely dispose of material that is not able to be recovered. The sources of the Dangerous Goods include, but is not limited to, the City's residential recycling services and illegal dumping.

The Service Provider must commence receipt of the Dangerous Goods from 1 November 2025 and will be engaged for a period of 3 years and 8 months, with a 1 x 12-month optional extension.

Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by the RFT documents.
