Council requires specialist Quantity Surveying Services to prepare detailed cost estimates for the Khancoban Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades Project for three (3) project stages:

1. Concept Design Stage

2. Detailed Design Stage

3. Documentation for Tender/Construction Stage, including detailed costings at the 50%, 75% and 100% documentation, followed by a final pretender estimate and priced Bill of Quantities

Snowy Valleys Council will directly engage and manage the Quantity Surveyor, whose work will be coordinated by the Project Engineer (Water Utilities), as required.
