This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Net Zero Economy Authority (the Authority) was established by the Net Zero Economy Act 2024 as a statutory agency. The authority is presently establishing itself as a separate entity, including off-boarding from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (PM&C). The authority is expected to transition in July 2025 to being a separate entity from PM&C.
The authority requires a Senior Security Advisor to develop and implement all security Policies, Procedures and Guidance compliant with Home Affair’s Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) 2024, including a Security Framework and Security Risk Plan and Agency Security Plan. By having this documentation in place, it will ensure that the authority maintains a secure environment for personnel, property, assets, and information by establishing best-practice security governance, risk management strategies and compliance measures.
