The Design Development and Construction of Moree Special Activation Precinct Stage 1 Infrastructure Works.

Scope

The general scope of works under the proposed contract generally includes:

• Design Development and Completion of Reference/Principal’s Design
• Construction of the following:
• Roads: MC07 and MC04
• Drainage: Stormwater Drainage network
• Water Supply: Potable water network & Water supply main (BroadwaterReservoir to Tycannah Street Reservoir)
• Sewer System: Low pressure sewer network
• Electrical Distribution: 22kV electrical distribution network
• Communications: Communications duct network
• Landscaping: Landscape feature mound
• Pavement Upgrades: Limited pavement upgrade works on Bulluss Drive and Tycannah Street
• Intersection Upgrades: TfNSW Intersection upgrade works
