Project goals

To manage the migration of the legacy eTeacher Accreditation Management System (eTAMS) to Dynamics 365 Cloud, ensuring that the migration delivers minimal disruption to business processes and maintains data integrity, compliance, and compatibility with existing integrations and workflows.

Scope

The migration process will cover the following activities that are integral to achieving overall business outcomes:

a) Ensure integration with the existing front-end portal continues to operate with the upgraded version (D365 Cloud).

b) Development of a detailed plan for decommissioning Microsoft Dynamics 2016 v8.2 for internal execution after successful migration.
