The City (Principal) is seeking to engage the services of suitable experienced and resourced Contractor to undertake the application of liquid fertilisers and additives that may include growth regulators and pesticides, to active and passive parks and reserves within the City, with the exception of Whaleback Golf Course. The Principal will supply all granular and liquid fertilisers, additives and soil ameliorants.

The Pricing and Rates schedule is fixed for the first term of contract and be varied on the each anniversary of the start date. Refer to B01 - RFT 08-2025 - Application Liquid Fertilisers and Additives - Scope of Requirements.

The City reserves the right to award to either a sole contract or multiple contracts to ensure best value for money.

The proposed Contract shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with a Principal instigated option to extend the contract for a one (1) year period and up to a further twelve (12) months; to a maximum of five (5) years
