Tender Description
Seeking a MSP to design, build and implement an ICT network and ongoing support and maintenance services for up to 100 users.
The users and their needs
Provide services including:
- IT Support, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services(cloud computing for data storage, software applications, and other services, offering scalability and cost-effectiveness)
- Software: Microsoft 360 (Office,SP, email, teams) and some specialised applications
- Data Management: Organising, storing, and managing data effectively, including data migration, implementing backup and recovery solutions, and ensuring data integrity.
