Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Mechanical Services Contractor as the Principal Contractor for the holistic upgrade of the Air Conditioning of Fitness First at 24 Endeavour Street Chatswood

The extent of work covered by the specification comprises the final detailed design, supply, installation, commissioning, testing, and placing in service and maintenance of the Mechanical Services. Supply, deliver, install, test, commission, and set to work the systems and they shall be completed with the necessary ancillary and minor items, whether expressly indicated on the drawings or specification or not.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 24 Endeavour Street Chatswood, commencing at 11am on Tuesday 29 April and 6 May 2025. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meetings.
