Project / Background:

Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders for the engagement of a suitably qualified and experienced D&C (Design and Construct) Contractor for the Design, Manufacture and Installation of a new Lift for the multi-storey car park located at Coral St, The Entrance, NSW, 2261.

The lift currently in operation at the car park is nearing the end of its service life and requires replacement. Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.

A Non-Mandatory pre-briefing will be held commencing Thursday 4th September 2025 at 11.00am on site at Level 1 Coral Street Multi-Storey Car park.

Pre-registration is required by emailing the contact officer Cameron Thompson no later than 4PM Tuesday 2/9 with the names and organisation of those attending.
