Tender Description
The buyer is seeking to procure a comprehensive performance management and development system. This system will support the implementation of our newly launched performance approach, enabling us to document critical conversations and foster a performance-driven culture within the organization.
The Ministry has approximately 800-850 users and the desired system performance management and development system will be utilized to facilitate the transition from our current manual processes to a robust, system-based solution. This new system will allow the Ministry to effectively track and understand performance progress across the organization by documenting conversations and monitoring progress against set goals.
