Mid-Western Regional Council (MWRC) needs to migrate all records, data, and information from the legacy ELO system to the new ECM solution provided by Technology One, as part of the Council’s ERP solution contracts.

While the Council is directly managing the implementation of the ECM solution with Technology One, the specialised scope of work includes: A) Preparing the Council for the migration, B) Migrating the records from ELO to ECM, and C) Conducting post-migration Quality Assurance (QA) tests and checks to confirm the successful migration of records.

The successful RFT submission should ensure that the Council engages the best-fit supplier to deliver the comprehensive scope of work required for the end-to-end migration.
