Tender Description

The High Commission for Pakistan in Canberra invites sealed bids from experienced and qualified contractors for the following works:

1. Preparation, levelling, brick-laying and finishing the parking area

2. Landscaping & lawn mowing

3. Varnishing of timber roofs, doors, and window frames to ensure long-lasting durability

4. Installation of a Storage Room/Unit for official use

5. Safe removal and proper disposal of obsolete items, including Old Furniture, Machinery, and Equipment from the premises

6. Automation of pedestrian gate and upgradation of intercom system and security system accordingly by installing CCTV cameras and other necessary equipment

7. Cleaning and upkeep of the High Commission building

Interested contractors must submit bids including company profiles, relevant experience, appropriate insurance and financial proposals by 02 May 2025 till 01:30 pm. Bids received will be opened on the same day at 02:00 pm at the High Commission in the presence of the tender Committee and representatives of the firms.
