Colac Otway Shire Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the provision of subcontracted support services to Aged Care Services. It is a requirement under the new Aged Care Act 2024 (the Act) for registered aged care providers to ensure all contracted services and associated providers (subcontractors) meet the requirements of the Act and Aged Care Quality Standards.

As an approved aged care provider, COS is legally responsible for services delivered by a third-party provider (subcontractors). This includes where the client self-manages their Support at Home package.

Please allow sufficient time to complete the loading of your submission via the portal before the tender close date and time, noting that large files may take some time to load. Failure to complete your submission by the tender close time will result in being shut out of the portal. Late submissions will not be accepted unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of your response.
