Tender Description
To supply high-quality cleanroom garments meeting the stringent standards and safety requirements of cleanrooms, critical environments in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
Project goals
- To obtain a reliable and consistant supply of quality cleanroom garments based on demand fluctuations and inventory requirements.
- To ensure all garments comply with global industry standards and regulatory requirements related to cleanroom operations and safety.
- To ensure all garments meet the necessary standards for cleanroom environments, including contamination control, durability and comfort for extended wear.
- To enhance cleanroom operational efficiency by providing high quality garments that minimise contamination risks, and promote worker safety and productivity.
- To ensure transparent and competitive pricing of cleanroom garments while maintaining high quality standards.
Scope
To supply a range of cleanroom garments and associated accessories, as required by the client, as detailed in the Statement of Requirements.
All respondents are required to demonstrate they can provide the products and services as detailed in the Statement of Requirements.
The term of the Contract is 3 years with two one-year options to extend.
Opportunity requirements
1. Supply of Cleanroom Garments
The contractor will provide a range of cleanroom garments, including coveralls, gowns, gloves, masks, booties, and hoods, as required by the client
Garments must be available in various sizes, styles, and contamination control levels to meet different cleanroom classifications (e.g., Cleanroom Class A, B, C etc.)

2. Quality and Specifications
All garments must be made from materials specifically designed for cleanroom environments, such as non-linting fabrics with anti-static properties
Garments must meet or exceed the relevant cleanroom standards and be certified according to ISO 14644 and other industry-recognised standards (GMP (PIC/s Guide to Good Manufacturing Practice for Medicinal Products)

3. Testing and Certification
The contractor will be responsible for providing documentation and certification verifying that garments meet the required cleanroom standards

4. Packaging and Delivery
Garments must be packaged and delivered in a way that ensures they remain sterile and free from contamination. Delivery schedules and logistics will be established in accordance with the client’s requirements
