Tender Description

Mornington Peninsula Shire invites registered builders to tender to join our Builders Panel.

The Builders Panel is aimed at being developed to include both traditional and modular/prefabricated building companies to assist the Shire with undertaking building projects up to the value of $ 1 million.

The Shire is responsible for various community buildings including early years facilities, sporting pavilions, heritage buildings, public toilets, portables, as well as shade structures, and having a prequalified list of experienced builders on a panel will create great efficiencies in how the Shire undertakes projects to renew or construct these type of facilities.
