The Principal wishes to appoint suitably experienced, qualified and equipped Successful Tenderer(s) to provide Legal and related Services.

• Section A - Administrative Law and Governance

• Section B -Commercial, Corporate & Contracts

• Section C - Planning & Development

• Section D - Regulatory and Prosecutions

• Section E - Property

• Section F - Dispute Resolution and Litigation

• Section G - Workplace Health and Safety

• Section H - Employment and Workplace Relations

The Principal may award one or more Sections to one or more Tenderers.
