Detailed design of the South Lismore STP replacement works.

Project goals

The South Lismore Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) reinstatement works to be designed under this Agreement will improve its resilience against future flood events by raising and / or relocating specific process, electrical and mechanical equipment above the 1% Annual Exceedance Probability (AEP) flood level plus a factor for climate change (approx. 0.5m) and freeboard (typically 0.5m).

Scope

The Services under this Agreement to inform the Construction phase works include:

1. Scoping Study
2. Concept Design of STP reinstatement works
3. Detailed Design of the STP reinstatement works and,
4. Post Design Advice

Pre-Tender Meeting

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting is proposed for:

Supplier Account

All suppliers must have a Supplier account on Supplier Hub to download and lodge responses. To create a Supplier account please go to https://buy.nsw.gov.au/login/signup.

Lodging a Response

Click the RESPOND button. Suppliers must submit their response into the buy NSW system before 3pm on the close date. Responses can be submitted and edited multiple times until the opportunity closes, with only the most recent submission being submitted. Once submitted, the tender opportunity will move from ‘In Progress’ to ‘Submitted’ on your Tenders dashboard. A detailed system-generated email will be sent to the registered contact for all successfully received response files, and a notification will appear on your dashboard. Allow at least an hour before the tender closes to complete your submission, upload documents, and contact support if needed.

Uploading Large Files

Files are virus scanned and encrypted once uploaded. Suppliers are encouraged to upload early and wait until the upload bar completes to ensure success.
